    Hi,

I’m interested in registering for the Strength Camp for Runners at the end of October (after seeing Josh’s recommendation) – how do I do this?

Hi Steven, there is actually one spot still available in our October Strength Camp and we’d love to have you on board! Just send me a note at [email protected] if you’d like me to hold it for you!

      Very best,

      Hi there Erin,

Thanks so much for getting in touch. Working with runners is our specialty and I’m confident that we can put together a fantastic program for Riley.

We happen to have a strength camp for runners this Saturday from 10-3. These day long workshops are a fantastic introduction to our training methodology and cover all elements of strength, conditioning, biomechanics, nutrition, and recovery.

The cost is $100 and there are spots available.

If that doesn’t work out we can discuss 1-1 training options that work for her schedule.

Thanks again for getting in touch and looking forward to your thoughts.

      Very best,

      David
