“I have done triathlons, half marathons, long distance cycling, skiing, and hiking. But, I truly love competing in obstacle course races like Spartan, Tough Mountain Challenge and Dynamic Dirt Challenge because they incorporate many elements of strength and endurance, and they’re fun! I have been balancing a full time career, finishing my degree, and properly training, so I’ve learned the importance of focus, time management, and efficiency.”<\/p>\n

“My goal for this year is to keep learning new things, specifically barbell training.”<\/p>\n
