I was a soccer player since the age of 6, and I have enjoyed experimenting with other ways to maintain my fitness.\u00a0 I have done Triathlons, half marathons, long distance cycling, skiing, and hiking.\u00a0 But I truly love competing in muddy OCR’s (Obstacle course races) like Spartan, Tough Mountain Challenge, Dynamic Dirt Challenge, etc.\u00a0 because they incorporate many physical elements: strength, endurance, and fun! I have been balancing a full time career, finishing my degree, and properly training, so I’ve learned the importance of focus, time management, and efficiency.<\/p>\n

My goal for this year is to keep learning new things, specifically barbell training.<\/p>\n
