A high-intensity strength and conditioning class for advanced athletes with performance goals in mind. Through a blend of power lifting, Olympic lifting, kettlebell training, rowing, and combat drills we work to develop strong, well-rounded athletes and a world-class community that supports one another in their personal goals.
Owner and Coach
David is a certified personal trainer who has worked with athletes of all fitness levels to meet their goals. As an endurance athlete, he has put to the test the tools and techniques that David shares with his athletes.
