David is a certified personal trainer who has worked with athletes of all fitness levels to meet their goals. As an endurance athlete, he has put to the test the tools and techniques that David shares with his athletes.

Lex Clark is our lead strength and conditioning coach. Lex’s mission is to help others become more connected to their bodies, and to feel empowered as they build the strongest version of themselves.

Coach Lizz is a multi-sport athlete. She is inspired by movement and passionate about helping others build strength that translates to the sports and activities that empower them.

David’s passion lies in the endurance field with long course triathlon as his main focus. He is fascinated by human movement patterns and how they equate to success not just on the race course but in everyday life.
