About me

My name is David Bidler, and I am the owner and lead coach at The Distance Project. As a certified personal trainer I have worked with athletes of all fitness levels to meet their goals. As an endurance athlete I have put the tools and techniques that I share with my athletes to the test.

At our studio in Freeport we use an innovative blend of strength training, conditioning and focused mobility work to help our athletes reach their fitness and performance goals. Basic barbell training lies at the foundation of all of our programs. We also utilize kettlebells, running, rowing, conditioning drills and interval training alongside injury prevention strategies to build athletes who can truly go the distance.

I look forward to working with anyone who is serious and passionate about reaching their goals. In fact, the one criteria to train at The Distance Project is passion. Everything else flows from it.

If you are interested in training at The Distance Project please contact me and we’ll set up a time for you to tour the studio. Thanks for visiting the site and I hope to hear from you soon.

Stay strong,Brabury Breaker 2012

David
