Through an innovative blend of strength training, conditioning and mobility training we prepare our athletes to go the distance.

We offer the following services at our strength and conditioning center in Freeport, Maine.

 

Personal Coaching:

One-on-one coaching based on your personal fitness and performance goals.

Group training:

2-3 person group sessions available for friends or couples with shared goals. Contact us to discuss rates for your 2-3 person group.

Fitness Classes:

We believe that athletic progress is best attained through small and personal coaching. We prioritize a small class size, so our classes are capped at 7 athletes, and we offer smart, individualized programming to bring the group closer together while bringing everyone closer to their goals. We offer the following classes at our training studio:

Stay Strong: A strength and conditioning class for adults 50 and up. We work to build real life strength for real world tasks, like playing with grandchildren, shoveling snow or hiking up mountains on a gorgeous day. Stay Strong is held on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 8a.

Foundations: A beginner friendly way to enter the world of strength and conditioning. We explore power lifting, Olympic lifting, kettlebell training, and rowing to give our athletes a complete introduction to movements, and different tools. With in-depth explanations of new movements, we make sure the movements feel comfortable and accessible for all athletes. Foundations class is a perfect stepping stone into TNT, discovering how to use the gym and equipment on your own, or a wonderful class to continue growing within. Foundations class is held on Wednesday evening at 5p, and Friday evening at 6p.

TNT: An explosive strength and conditioning class for athletes with performance goals in mind. Through a blend of power lifting, Olympic lifting, kettlebell training, rowing, and combat drills we work to develop strong, well-rounded athletes and a world-class community that supports one another in their personal goals. TNT is held on Monday (7p) Wednesday (6:15a and 6:15p) and Thursday (6:30p) evenings.

Community Class: This fun, free community fitness class is held on Saturday mornings at 8a. Everyone is welcome to join and everyone is guaranteed to have a great time!

We offer discounts for military and service personal, students and recent grads and for working families.

It is important to us that financial barriers do not stand in the way of you achieving your personal fitness goals. Please ask about our scholarship program and don’t hesitate to apply if you are serious about reaching your goals and require financial assistance.
