Pat Murtagh is X-City Athletics alumni, and as tough as they come. Before opening my studio Pat trained with me in the parks and on the trails, occasionally during winter storms, and never missed a beat. We’re really proud to post her bio, and proud to have her on The Distance Project team.
“After realizing my stories of athletic adv…entures were becoming as old as my once fashionable athletic wear, I decided it was time to refocus on my health and exercise. I have my sights set on running a 25k this year, injury free.”
