I was a soccer player since the age of 6, and I have enjoyed experimenting with other ways to maintain my fitness. I have done Triathlons, half marathons, long distance cycling, skiing, and hiking. But I truly love competing in muddy OCR’s (Obstacle course races) like Spartan, Tough Mountain Challenge, Dynamic Dirt Challenge, etc. because they incorporate many physical elements: strength, endurance, and fun! I have been balancing a full time career, finishing my degree, and properly training, so I’ve learned the importance of focus, time management, and efficiency.
My goal for this year is to keep learning new things, specifically barbell training.
